3 door, 1 drawer styled pull out door, 48” x 48” x 24”, 3/16 thick steel box style smoker with 1” thick fire brick lined 1/4” thick steel 24” x 24” fire box.
Designed to be eco conscious with repurposed fire box doors(every one is different) and forced heat to create convection which will cut down on wood consumption while improving continuous heat transfer to all corners of the box.
This smoker will not go over 325° and will hold a consistent temperature when vented accordingly.
Drawer style pull out designed for hanging meats or standing up larger roasts.
Chef designed so the double door will accommodate full sized restaurant hotel pans either slid on the shelving brackets or lengthwise to catch juices or even to cook and hold baked items.
